Many thanks to all who participated in the blanket collection for Haiti! Our spare bedroom is full of fleeces, throws, baby blankets, larger blankets, both new & newly washed.

What a blessing to see blankets coming in from friends and family around New Jersey! A special thank you goes out to the folks at Remedy Church of Brick and Calvary Presbyterian Church of Allenwood for their blanket contribution and raising awareness, as well as  some of my students from Action Gymnastics of Howell!

On my last trip we were able to distribute about 15 blankets to people in need. We anticipate a much greater amount of blankets going down soon.

Being able to hand deliver the blankets and see the smiles, receive the long hugs and “Merci” was a personal blessing that I had the privilege of experiencing . This simple gift that will provide warmth and comfort for many is just one way that we can express the love of Jesus to a people who are in such need. Many will be blessed this winter in Haiti by the generosity of those in the states. Thank you very much.
