- The people of Lac’ajue
- The footings where the clinic will go in Lac’ajue
Hello Everyone,
Please take a moment to read this article. Aslan Youth Ministry’s medical clinic is being held up in customs in Haiti. The Haitian government is demanding $22,000 before releasing the clinic to Aslan, and starting today the Haitian government is charging Aslan $180 a day for storage of the medical clinic.
It is very sad when a country taxes a non-profit organization ANY AMOUNT of money for an item that is going to bring relief to the much needed health crisis.
Please pass this along and if you have any thoughts that could help rectify this situation, please let us know.
Just One Drop,
Pam
