Relief and Rebuilding Efforts Continue

Hello Everyone,

Over the past few days SOFM has been visiting the local relief centers in Belmar, Manasquan, Point Pleasant and Bay Head as well as attending a meeting at Calvary Pres in Allenwood. It is so encouraging to see so many wanting to get involved, donate and serve. Below is information that we have complied and would like to share. If you have any questions please let me know.

1. All relief centers are looking for cleaning supplies: (bleach, lysol, detergents, rubber kitchen gloves, buckets, mops, white masks, etc.)

3. We are also putting together “Room in a tote”
– Buy a plastic tote with lid
– Pick a room [example: kitchen]
– Fill with place setting for a family of 4; dishes, cups, bowls and glasses / a couple of pots & pans / serving bowls / utensils [you can even throw a gift card in too!]
– Mark the tote “Kitchen” and your done

Many families lost most of their rooms so be creative: bathroom, child’s room, parent’s room, baby room; can all use items for families to move back in with.
